Under the agreement, KPMG Gulf is committed to attracting national competencies
within its work team, with job opportunities specifically designed to meet the strategic
Emiratization goals in Dubai and the country in general.

It will also provide comprehensive training programs designed to qualify and develop
Emirati cadres. Under the partnership, it will also support the Council’s efforts in
vocational guidance, to help Emirati citizens direct their career paths, in accordance
with Emiratisation goals.

The partnership extends to include the transfer of knowledge and training, by providing
qualified experts who will contribute to training Emiratis. The partnership includes
participation in community initiatives, and providing practical training opportunities for
students of universities and specialized institutes within the Council’s initiatives.

Engineer Sultan Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Human Resources Development Council,
stressed the importance of this partnership and said, “I am confident that our joint efforts
will contribute to enabling citizens to contribute to the economic and social prosperity of
the Emirates.”

Emilio Pera said, “This partnership reflects our commitment to supporting strategic
Emiratization efforts in the UAE. We designed our initiatives not only to meet immediate
employment needs, but to foster a sustainable, skilled workforce capable of driving
innovation and growth.”
