Celebrating 50 years of excellence, Bhatia General Contracting will hand over 1,050 modern villas in Al Khawaneej 2
Bhatia General Contracting will complete and hand over 1,050 state-of-the-art
villas in Al Khawaneej 2 by May 2025 as part of a national effort to enhance the
quality of life for Emirati citizens
The hand over of villas coincide with Bhatia Group’s 50th anniversary of excellence and
commitment to enhancing UAE’s real estate landscape.
The company has completed over 250 small and large-scale projects, ranging from small-site
developments to multi-million government projects.
