Bhatia General Contracting, a long-established player in
the UAE’s construction sector, is preparing to hand over 1,050 villas in
Dubai’s Al Khawaneej 2 district this month. The development is a key
component of a large-scale government housing initiative aimed at
providing modern, high-quality homes for Emirati families while supporting
sustainable urban growth.

The project falls under the Dubai 2033 Plan and contributes to the AED65 billion
housing budget announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The budget, which
