Dubai Municipality reserves public beaches for
families during Eid Al Adha holiday

The new circular seeks to regulate the number of visitors and the turnout on beaches,
ensuring that families can enjoy the beaches in Dubai during the Eid holiday.
The Municipality will allocate a 140-member safety and rescue team with advanced
logistics equipment to enhance beach safety and a 65-member field control team to
organize beach operations, ensuring top security and safety standards for
beachgoers.
Dubai, UAE, June 07, 2024: In a move to enhance the city's appeal and ensure a high quality of
life for residents and visitors, Dubai Municipality has announced that all the public beaches affiliated
will be exclusively reserved for families during Eid Al Adha holiday. This initiative reflects the
Municipality's commitment to incorporating entertainment and tourism amenities to boost the
Emirate's attractiveness.
The eight public beaches supervised by Dubai Municipality in the emirate, which are reserved for
families, including Khor Al-Mamzar Beach, Cornish Al-Mamzar, Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah
3, Umm Suqeim 1, Umm Suqeim 2 and Jebel Ali Beach.
