                   •  The new circular seeks to regulate the number of visitors and the turnout on
                       beaches, ensuring that families can enjoy the beaches in Dubai during the Eid

                       holiday.

                   •  The Municipality will allocate a 140-member safety and rescue team with
                       advanced logistics equipment to enhance beach safety and a 65-member field
