His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has
given his crucial approval to the AED30 billion ‘Tasreef’ project. This project is set to revolutionize Dubai’s rainwater
drainage network by 700%, spanning all areas of the emirate. With a phased completion plan by 2033, this monumental
infrastructure endeavour is designed to establish an advanced, secure, and adaptable drainage system to combat future
climate-related challenges.
