Beach.
Dubai is filled with marvellous megaprojects. Now, the Higher Committee for Urban
Planning and Wellbeing has announced that two Dubai beaches will be getting a
makeover. Al Mamzar Beach and Jumeirah 1 Beach will undergo an AED 355
million redevelopment, and here are the state-of-the-art facilities.
The new proposal is part of Dubai’s 2040 urban master plan, and the Dubai Master
Plan for Public Beaches. The plan is expected to be completed with 18 months,
and includes the building of a sustainable infrastructure for the coastal and beach
facilities.
