The draft agenda for the Social Committee includes reviewing resolutions from the previous
session and activities of the General Secretariat between sessions. It also addresses social aspects
related to the economic and social dossier for the upcoming 34th regular session of the Arab
League Council at summit level in Iraq.
In his speech, Al Kait formally handed over the presidency to Bahrain. He expressed hope for
Bahrain's success in supporting Arab development efforts and enhancing work across various
sectors within the Arab Economic and Social Council. This transition aims to promote prosperity
among Arab nations and their people.
