       Min istry to launch ‘Path of Cre ativ ity’ pro gramme

       The Min istr y of Cul ture - in col lab  or a t ion w ith the Emir at i Tal ent Com p et  it  ive ness Coun cil
       (Nafis), the G en eral Women’s Union (GW U), and UAE Me dia Coun cil - is set to launch “Path of
       Cre at iv ity ” pro g ramme, aime d at sup p ort  ing cit  izens se ek ing employ ment in the cul tural and

       cre at  ive indus tries.
       The pro g ramme w ill b e hos te d at the Maqam Coun cil in A l Ain City on S ept.25 2025, bring  ing
       together fe d  eral and lo cal ent it  ies as well as private se c tor com p an ies.

       The ini t i at  ive is d esig ne d to con ne ct Emir at i cre at  ives w ith job opp or tun it  ies that alig n w ith
       their skills and ex p ert  ise, ensur ing their tal ents are fully ut il ise d while streng th en ing the con -
       tri bu t ion of the cul tural and cre at  ive indus tries to the nat ion’s e co nomy.
       By estab lish ing dir e ct com mu nic a t ion chan nels b et we en cre at  ives and private se c tor inst i tu -
       t ions, the pro g ramme se eks to stream line the employ ment pro  cess and foster col lab  or a t ions

       across vari ous cre at  ive fields.
       Addi t ion ally, the pro g ramme aims to d evelop the pro fes sional skills of cre at  ives by provid ing
       sp e  cial ise d train ing and qual i fic a t ion pro g rams that help them ad apt to dif  fer ent work envir on -

       ments.
       The ini t i at  ive also se eks to encour age cre at  ives to p ar t i cip  ate in inter na t ional proje cts, exhib i -
       t ions, and pro g rams that enhance their pres ence on the glob al stage. As p art of this pro g ramme,
       the Min istr y of Cul ture w ill place up to 300 interns annu ally across vari ous fields, includ ing
       music, pho to g raphy, fine arts, pub lish ing, lib rar y sci ences, gam ing, g raphic and archi te c tural

       d esig n, te ch no log y, me dia, and the bro ad er cre at  ive e co nomy.
       These one-year p aid intern ships w ill provid e hands-on train ing, enabling train e es to con trib ute
       mean ing  fully to ongo ing proje cts and ini t i at  ives.

       The Min istr y of Cul ture af firme d its com mit  ment to nur tur ing Emir at i tal ent by provid ing a
       st im u lat  ing train ing envir on ment that enables train e es to con trib ute to the sus tain able d evel -
       op ment jour ney and enhance the role of the cul tural and cre at  ive indus tries as a fun d a mental
       pil lar for achiev ing the “UAE Vis ion 2030,” which aims to build a diver si fie d and sus tain able e co -
       nomy b ase d on know le dge and innov a t ion.

       The pro g ramme w ill com mence in the third quarter of 2025 w ith 50 interns, ex p and to 100
       interns in the fourth quarter, and con clud e in S eptem b er 2026. In 2024, the Min istr y of Cul ture,
       in col lab  or a t ion w ith “Nafis,” suc cess fully facil it ate d the employ ment of 485 male and female

       UAE cit  izens through the “Cre at  ives for Employ ment” pro g ramme.
