Dr. Faisal Al Ayyan, President & CEO of the Higher Colleges of Technology,

underscored the importance of preparing future-ready graduates. Dr. Al Ayyan

remarked that, “Empowering Emirati youth to lead in key sectors like finance and

banking is central to our mission.”

As part of the event, the Emirates Institute of Finance signed Memorandums of

Understanding (MoUs) with the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Al-

Futtaim Group. These agreements aim to strengthen training programs, enhance

collaboration, and support the UAE’s Emiratisation agenda within the financial

sector.

Raghda Fatme, HR Director at Al-Futtaim Real Estate and Head of Emiratisation at

Al-Futtaim, said the group has remained committed to supporting Emiratization

across its businesses for over 90 years.
