The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has successfully held the third
edition of its Human Resources Forum for 2024, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the local
workforce and examining key global trends in talent management.
Taking place at the Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, the forum revolved around the theme ‘Talent
Management and the Future of Human Resources’ and attracted esteemed guests, including His
Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs; His Excellency Abdulla
Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR; Abdulaziz Khalid AlJaziri, Deputy CEO and
Chief Operations Officer of the Dubai Future Foundation; and Mr. Awadh AlMur, Chief AI Officer
and HR Director at the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation. The event also saw
participation from numerous department directors, section heads, and human resources experts
from various sectors within the Dubai Government.
