them and support their growth in society, while shedding light on the wide array of services offered
               by the Ministry of Community

Development to productive families, owners of microenterprises, and other groups. During the
meeting, both parties also discussed various measures and strategies needed to support
collaborations of public interest and empower families in the country.
Shaw said: “The meeting offered a significant opportunity to understand pressing social issues,
create appropriate strategies for implementation of developmental projects and launch new
community initiatives to meet the demands of different societal segments. Such sessions are in
line with our goal of strengthening cooperation and communication among all stakeholders to build
community responsibility, which will help the society, its individuals, and institutions while also
contributing to the achievement of sustainable development.”
During the meeting, the Ministry of Community Development reiterated its commitment to offering
a range of unique services aimed at all society members, such as senior citizens and people of
determination. Such services cover social subsidy, productive families, mass weddings and
marriage certificates, as well as other personal requirements. Additionally, the Ministry discussed
its community programs and activities that are designed to improve the quality of life and
participation of people in the society, encourage positive citizenship, cultivate a culture of
volunteering and giving, and encourage community members to engage in development-related
               fields.
Attending parties further emphasised the significance of updating strategies, implementing
development projects and initiatives that support all society members, and meet their
requirements and needs. They also highlighted the importance of organising awareness-raising
campaigns and providing social services to support senior citizens and people of determination in
the UAE to further increase their participation and contributions to society and provide them with
necessary requirements. They further underscored the significance of implementing strategies to
support families and communities in rural regions while addressing social challenges to boost
community development efforts and encourage community responsibility and sustainable
               development.
