MBRF Launches Workshop To Enhance

The Dubai International Programme for Writing (DIPW), a key initiative of the
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), has commenced
its 'Writing Children's Stories' workshop. Held at the Mohammed bin Rashid Library, this
workshop involves 16 talented writers and is led by trainer Nadia Al Najjar. Over three
months, it aims to nurture children's literature by equipping young writers with tools to
craft inspiring stories for future generations.

Participants in the workshop will gain insights into the essential elements and
techniques of writing for children. This training enhances their intellectual and cognitive
skills while increasing literary contributions in this genre. The second phase is
scheduled to begin in October 2024, focusing on interactive learning through
brainstorming and idea exchange.
