own homes that provide stability. The programme exemplifies the UAE’s experience in advancing regional integration through effective partnerships.

The UAE delegation included representatives from several entities such as Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Mohammed Bin Rashid
Housing Establishment, and Sharjah's Department of Housing. They engaged in sessions discussing member states' experiences alongside future challenges and
       opportunities within Gulf housing.

The meetings underscored shared goals among GCC nations to enhance technical cooperation in developing sustainable urban areas. By focusing on digital
applications within housing projects, these efforts aim to foster innovation while addressing regional needs effectively.
