joined forces with UAE developer SOL Properties to create a high-end residential development called Fairmont
Residences Solara Tower Dubai in Downtown Dubai. The project is set for completion by Q3 2027 and aims to redefine
luxury real estate.
The Fairmont Solara Tower project will merge Fairmont's luxury hospitality standards with SOL Properties' expertise in
luxury real estate. The development will feature elegantly designed spaces, blending sophistication and timeless
opulence. Residents can expect spacious layouts, state-of-the-art amenities, and stunning terraces with views of the
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
