UAE – Mubasher: Fairmont Hotels and Resorts has entered into a partnership with SOL
Proper es to launch the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower in Downtown Dubai.

The project is slated for comple on during the third quarter (Q3) of 2027, according to a

press release.

This luxury residen al project offers spaces with expansive terraces and premium
ameni es, along with private swimming pools in select flats and exclusive access to

Fairmont’s gourmet restaurants, fitness centres, and wellness facili es.
