Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a premier luxury hotel operator, has partnered with SOL Properties to
launch a new residential project, the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower, in Downtown Dubai. This
new development, which is set to break ground this year and complete by the third quarter of 2027,
aims to set new standards in luxury living.

The 55-storey tower will offer breathtaking views of iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and the
Dubai Fountain. Combining Fairmont’s distinguished hospitality standards with SOL Properties’
expertise in luxury real estate, the project promises to redefine urban living.
