EHRDC And CDA Collaborate To Enhance Employment Opportunities For Emiratis In Dubai

The Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) and the Community Development
Authority (CDA) have formalised a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This collaboration aims to boost employment opportunities for Emiratis in Dubai, enhancing their
role in the emirate's economic and social development. The agreement signifies a commitment to
shared goals in community and workforce advancement.
Abdullah bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of the Dubai Government Human Resources and
Deputy Chairman of EHRDC, along with Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director-General of CDA,
signed the MoU. This partnership is designed to support Dubai’s strategy of empowering national
talent by launching specific programmes and initiatives. It seeks to create inclusive job
opportunities for Emiratis across various sectors.
The MoU sets the stage for deeper cooperation between EHRDC and CDA to develop programmes
that facilitate Emirati integration into the workforce. Through personalised career guidance,
specialised training, and tailored employment pathways, the initiative aims to equip national talent
with essential skills for success in diverse sectors. This aligns with CDA’s empowerment strategy to
enhance citizens' quality of life.
Abdullah Al Falasi stated, "The partnership underscores our ongoing commitment to transforming
the leadership’s vision into impactful initiatives that directly benefit Emiratis. It is a pivotal step
towards activating institutional partnerships that open new professional horizons for Emiratis. We
