On July 5, 2024, the 8th CSCEC ME Technical Conference, held at the
Hilton Hotel in Al Habtoor City, Dubai, marked a significant milestone in
the construction industry’s journey towards innovation and sustainability.

Organized in association with the International Code Council (ICC) and Construction
Week Middle East, the event gathered industry leaders, experts, and professionals to
discuss the future of off-site and modular construction. Representatives from Dubai
Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, Dubai Holding Real Estate, Damac, Wasl,
Nakheel, Jumeirah Golf Estates, ADCG, Abu Dhabi Airports, Meydan, Marjan, Mace,
AECOM, Dewan Architects+Engineers, WSP, Jacobs, etc. also attended the conference.
