GAS launches ‘Sports Talent’ platform to discover

and empower promising sports talents in UAE

As part of ‘Empowerment and Sustainability of Sports Talents’ transformational

initiative

>> His Excellency Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri: With the ‘Sports Talent’ platform, the initiative seeks to widen

the base of sports engagement for skilled individuals and promise their sustainable development, thus
continuously boosting the UAE’s sports landscape.

>>H.E. Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum: Through this platform we aim to develop a vast database of
sports talents and enhance their capabilities as the platform is open to all young talents, regardless of if they

are participating in sporting events or not.
? The ‘Sports Talents’ platform is solely dedicated to identifying 1500 promising sports talents and providing

them with vital support in alignment with the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision and the National Sports Strategy
2031.
