His Excellency Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri: With the ‘Sports Talent’ platform, the initiative seeks to widen the base of sports
engagement for skilled individuals and promise their sustainable development, thus continuously boosting the UAE’s sports
landscape.

>>H.E. Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum: Through this platform we aim to develop a vast database of sports talents and
enhance their capabilities as the platform is open to all young talents, regardless of if they are participating in sporting events
or not.
The ‘Sports Talents’ platform is solely dedicated to identifying 1500 promising sports talents and providing them with
vital support in alignment with the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision and the National Sports Strategy 2031.
The online platform serves as an innovative tool designed to gather data and insights about sports talents, starting from
the initial registration phase and continuing through the empowerment phase, to direct their capabilities towards the
right course.
The platform aims to discover sports talents within different age categories as well as to track and record initiatives and
programs designed for talent identification and empowerment in sports, with an aim to increasing the number of
participants in these programs.
The ‘Empowerment and Sustainability of Sports Talents’ transformational project integrates seamlessly with the
“Talents” project through the platform and cultivates a competitive sports environment that supports the growth and
empowerment of talents.
