In a gesture of global unity, a UAE minister participated in a community run in the southern state of
Kerala on Sunday, highlighting the deep-rooted ties between the UAE and India.

Held as part of his visit for the Invest Kerala Global Summit, Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, Cabinet
Member and UAE Minister of Economy, participated in the 5km run alongside top athletes and
fitness enthusiasts at the 8th edition of the Kannur Beach Run.

The minister's involvement came at the special invitation of Dr Shamsheer Vayalil, chairman and
managing director of UAE-based VPS Healthcare.
