In his new role, Faisal takes over from Magdy Samoul, who held the position since 2012 and is now
transitioning to the CEO role for Dubal's investment arm.

DUBAL Extrusion Investment (DEI) has appointed Faisal Sarhan as the new CEO of its wholly owned local
aluminium extrusion company, OSE Industries, effective immediately.

Faisal brings over 27 years of industry expertise to his new role, having held key positions at leading
organisations including Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), GE Energy, JDS Uniphase, and Amphenol. He
served at EGA for more than 18 years, most recently as Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales.

Faisal assumed the role of Deputy CEO at OSE Industries in November 2023, where he played a vital role
in reinforcing the company’s strategic leadership and operational excellence. He will oversee all
