2012. Samoul will transition to CEO of DEI, where he will serve as an advisor focusing on strategy

On the academic front, Faisal holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois
University. His core competencies include engineering, manufacturing, project planning, and risk
management.

Expressing his vision and enthusiasm for the new role, Faisal commented, “I am delighted to assume the
