of GITEX Global 2024
On day 4 of GITEX Global 2024, Abu Dhabi Government launched significant projects aimed at
delivering AI-native next-generation public services in the emirate.
Emphasising seamless customer experiences and innovative data solutions, Abu Dhabi
government entities continued to finalise key memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to advance the
emirate’s strategic agenda and concluded a four-day elite hackathon.
Among the highlights was the introduction of the Emergency Ambulance Services Systems by Abu
Dhabi Civil Defence Authority (ADCDA). This cutting-edge system is an advanced mobile solution
for modern pre-hospital care. It facilitates real-time communication among emergency services
and hospitals while optimising data capture through modular applications that improve clinical
performance and service quality.
In partnership with Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB), the Department of Government Enablement –
Abu Dhabi (DGE) launched the Credit Reports service on TAMM, which allows citizens and
residents to access their credit reports directly through the platform. This service provides users
with fast, secure and comprehensive financial data, empowering them to make informed financial
decisions and manage their credit effectively.
Additionally, the Emergencies Crises and Disasters Management Center – Abu Dhabi
(ADCMC) launched its Training and Exercises System as part of the crisis management platform,
enhancing readiness and response through a comprehensive digital system supporting joint
exercises. This integrated platform connects with 23 local entities and federal entities, automating
procedures and enhancing data analysis to ensure local and federal entities’ effective response
strategies.
Moreover, the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) unveiled its Full
Robotics Program, integrating AI and robotics across critical sectors such as healthcare and
education. This initiative aims to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency while reducing
administrative burdens.
The Hemaya digital platform, developed for ADCDA, was also unveiled. This platform documents
safety and protection procedures for facilities and buildings, integrating government systems
electronically to streamline customer interactions and expedite transactions without requiring
visits to service centres.
Furthermore, the Family Development Foundation launched the Digital System for Social Support
for Senior Citizens, a comprehensive digital system for social support for Abu Dhabi citizens and
residents aged 55 and older. This proactive service delivery platform is tailored to individual needs
