The agreements aim to enhance Dubai’s readiness and boost the efficiency and

resilience of its emergency response systems. HH Sheikh Mansoor bin

Mohammed said the strategic partnerships embody Dubai’s collaborative spirit

between local, federal, and academic institutions, aligned with the vision of His

Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime

Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mansoor emphasized that the initiative supports Dubai’s ambition to

become a global model for resilience, turning challenges into opportunities and

driving sustainable progress. Sheikh Mansoor added that Dubai’s resilience stems

from forward-looking planning, institutional integration, and investment in

national talent.
