Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Resilience Centre has formalised three memoranda of understanding (MoUs)

at Emirates Towers. These agreements, signed with the National Center of Meteorology, Dubai Land Department (DLD),

and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), aim to bolster the emirate's emergency response capabilities
and readiness.

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor highlighted that these strategic alliances showcase a robust collaborative spirit among local, federal,

and academic bodies. This collaboration aligns with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's vision to

establish Dubai as a global resilience model that transforms challenges into opportunities for a sustainable future.
