change. Joint research initiatives will also support future policy-making efforts.

        Broader Strategic Partnerships

The Dubai Resilience Centre plans to expand its strategic partnerships across government, academia, and private sectors.

This expansion aims to reinforce Dubai’s position as a leader in developing resilient systems capable of effectively

managing crises for a safer future.

The signing ceremony was attended by key figures including Omar Bushahab from DLD; Dr Abdullah Ahmed Al Mandous

from the National Center of Meteorology; Dr Mansoor Al Awar from HBMSU; and Ahmed Ateeq Bourguiba from the Dubai

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor emphasised that Dubai's preparedness is rooted in long-term planning and investment in national
talent. He noted that resilience involves anticipating changes, adapting to global trends, and continuously improving

        systems to protect development achievements.
