The HBMSU leadership welcomed the delegation, represented by H.E. Dr. Mansoor Al Awar,
Chancellor of HBMSU; Prof. Ahmed Ankit, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs; Meitha Al

Teneiji, Vice Chancellor for AI and Technology; and Ali Al Lengawy, Director of Business
Development.

Meitha Al Teneiji delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining the objectives and
framework of the initiative, highlighting its role in empowering faculty members to leverage AI

tools to enhance teaching methodologies, improve academic performance, and promote a

culture of innovation and continuous development. The presentation also showcased
implementation mechanisms, practical use cases, and future directions for expanding the
initiative across and beyond the university.

H.E. Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, said:

“The ‘AI Agent for Every Faculty Member’ initiative embodies the vision of His Highness Sheikh
Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister,

Minister of Defence of the UAE, and University President, to transform artificial intelligence into
an empowering force that enhances human potential rather than replaces it. Through this

initiative, we seek to redefine the role of faculty members in the age of AI — turning HBMSU
into a self-learning, self-evolving university that nurtures a generation of thinkers and
innovators capable of leading the knowledge and economic transformation of the UAE and the

world.”
