Department Unveils Revamped Youth Council
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has officially launched a newly
restructured Youth Council, marking a significant step toward empowering youth leadership and
innovation within the emirate’s human resources sector. The announcement was made during an
interactive session themed "Youthful Insights," which featured the participation of His Excellency
Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR.
The new Youth Council is designed to operate with an entrepreneurial startup approach, focusing on
research, development, and the integration of youthful creativity into the department’s core principles.
This strategic initiative aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
