It was further noted that this moon sighting is confirmed by four witnesses by naked eye and the
astronomical observatories distributed across the country.
These observatories utilise advanced equipment and machinery to ensure the accuracy of the
crescent moon sighting, thereby providing scientific results and data in coordination and cooperation
with national institutions, specialised centres and astronomical observatories.
