Energy and Infrastructure as the top three departments.
Sheikh Mohammed praised these organisations as the “top performers” and thanked them.
In the meantime, the Ministry of Sports, the Pensions Authority, and the Emirates Post
were named the three organisations that did the worst job of reducing bureaucracy.

And to those who have not put in enough effort… Bold and swift decisions in just a few
days can change the bad systems created by government bureaucracy over the years,”
the leader said in an attempt to guide these groups. This is true for the officials and others
engaged as well.
