concluded today with member countries unanimously adopting the Universal Postal Union's (UPU) 2026–2029 Strategy,
also known as the 'Dubai Strategy', serving as a global roadmap for the future of the postal industry and reaffirming its
critical role in promoting trade and communication in light of the rapid transformation shaping the global logistics and
