India has been re-elected at the 28th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress in Dubai. India would continue
providing “innovative postal solutions” for Indians and “share them with the Global South,” MEA said.

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia represented India at the 28th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress in
Dubai.

Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal announced another diplomatic success for

India, confirming the country’s re-election at the 28th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress
in Dubai.

“Another feather in India’s cap!” Jaiswal announced on X (formerly Twitter).
