The second concerns the exchange of postal items from Saudi Post 's offshore exchange offices , a strategic

mechanism aimed at optimizing the processing of e-commerce items and streamlining logistics exchanges between the
two countries.

These agreements extend the work of the 4th Morocco-Saudi Arabia Joint Cooperation Commission , held
in Mecca on March 5, 2025, and reflect the shared desire of the two institutions to consolidate their relations and
develop structuring partnerships with high added value.

Through these initiatives, Barid Al-Maghrib and Saudi Post reaffirm their ambition to support the rapid evolution of
the postal market and e-commerce, while being part of the dynamics of cooperation and sustainable development of
postal services, the press release concludes.
