Keolis MHI, the operator of Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram, to deliver specialized training sessions for university
students and Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) students in Dubai.

Dubai - The Emirates Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) has extended its partnership
with Keolis MHI, the operator of Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram, to deliver specialized training sessions for
university students and Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) students in Dubai.

The initiative aims to equip students with practical skills and prepare them for the evolving job market. It
aligns with EHRDC’s commitment to empowering Emirati talent and positioning them as key drivers of the
UAE’s digital economy.

Bridging the Skills Gap in Key Sectors
In 2024, the training program benefited 104 students, including 66 Emiratis, by offering hands-on
experience in various high-demand fields, such as:

Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering

Information Technology and Computer Science
