Hamdan bin Mohammed issues resolution on

Succession Planning System for Dubai Government

DUBAI, 8th November, 2024 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive
Council of Dubai, issued Executive Council Resolution No. 81 of 2024 approving the Succession
Planning System for Emirati employees in the Government of Dubai.
The new resolution aims to strengthen corporate risk management, ensure business continuity, and
identify the key positions that are critical to achieving departmental goals and maintaining smooth
operations.
