Dubai announces new comprehensive
succession planning system for
government employees
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR)
has been tasked with developing and approving the necessary
procedures, timelines, and templates to facilitate the system’s
implementation
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister,
Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai
In a move to strengthen corporate risk management and ensure business continuity,
the Government of Dubai has implemented a new Succession Planning System for its
Emirati employees.
