H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime
Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, issued Executive

Council Resolution No. 81 of 2024 approving the Succession Planning System for Emirati employees in
the Government of Dubai.
