            In a move to strengthen corporate risk management and ensure business continuity, the
            Government of Dubai has implemented a new Succession Planning System for its Emirati
            employees.

            The system, approved by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown
            Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive
