The program was launched on the sixth of this month, and over the course of five days it
dealt with five different axes, namely sports leadership, sports organizations, regulations and
laws, sports diplomacy, international relations in sports, communication, negotiation and
sports marketing.

During the first day, a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Club Company, Dr.
Ahmed Al-Mutawa, gave a lecture in which he talked about the concept of leadership and
the leader, the qualities and skills of leaders, then a workshop presented by Major General
Dr. Muhammad Al-Murr, Director of the General Department for Human Rights in Dubai
Police, President of the Athletics Federation Member of the Consultative Council of the
Emirate of Sharjah, and talked about the importance of administrative work in terms of
providing the best conditions for the rehabilitation and industry of sports champions.

In the rest of the lectures, Dr. Ahmed Ragab, Professor of Sports Administration at Helwan
University, gave a lecture during which he talked about how to classify administrative
organizations and methods of managing them, then a workshop presented by Major General
Nasser Al-Razouki, President of the UAE and Asian Federations, Vice President of the
