On the second day, Dr. Ahmed Saeed Ragab, Professor of Sports Administration at Helwan

University, gave a lecture on sports organizations, followed by a workshop presented by His
Excellency Major General Nasser Al-Razouki, President of the UAE and Asian Federations, Vice

President of the International Karate Federation.
The activities of the third day focus on the axis of regulations, laws and sports diplomacy, through a

lecture delivered by Dr. Muhammad Fadlallah, Advisor to the National Olympic Committee, and a
workshop presented by His Excellency Dr. Adnan Hamad Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Education,

Culture, Youth, Sports and Media Affairs Committee of the Federal National Council.
The fourth day deals with the theme of international relations in sports through a lecture given by Dr.
Huda Al Matroushi, President of the Emirates Modern Pentathlon Federation, and a workshop

presented by His Excellency Mohammed Fadel Al Hameli, Chairman of the UAE Paralympic
Committee. The activities of the program will be concluded on the last day with a lecture on

communication, negotiation and sports marketing.
It is noteworthy that the General Sports Authority places among its priorities work on refining and

empowering sports leaders with the aim of strengthening governance and developing the
administrative work system in the sports sector.
