In a groundbreaking initiative poised to redefine Ajman’s landscape, a strategic partnership has emerged between His Highness
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land Department and the Ajman Tourism Development
Department, LuLu International Holdings Limited—represented through its shopping malls division, Line Investments &

Property LLC—and Mulk International. This partnership has been solidified with the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) for the creation of Mirkaaz Mall, a state-of-the-art retail destination at the very heart of T10 Mirkaaz
City.

This ambitious undertaking is set against a backdrop of increasing demand for mixed-use developments in the Northern

Emirates. The proposed Mirkaaz Mall will cover an impressive 2.5 million square feet and will be the first freehold and
freezone destination of its kind in the region—a significant stride toward enhancing Ajman’s economic diversity and lifestyle
