HBMSU inks deal with UAE Ministry of Industry and

Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the
Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology to enhance the skills of the Ministry’s Emirati workforce.

The HBMSU-Ministry partnership will focus on delivering innovative lifelong learning programs powered by smart
technology and flexible learning models, aiming to boost national industrial competitiveness and attract greater
investment.

The MoU reaffirms both parties’ commitment to supporting sustainable development pathways and preparing qualified

national talent to lead the country’s industrial future. The agreement aims to support the career progression of
Ministry employees by offering opportunities to enroll in HBMSU’s bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.

It also includes access to specialized lifelong learning initiatives such as the Future Foresight Leadership Program,
the Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and the Women Leadership Development Program.
