Dubai: Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) and the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology
(MoIAT) have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to strengthen the national capabilities of the Ministry’s
Emirati workforce through innovative, technology-driven lifelong learning programs.
The initiative is designed to enhance industrial competitiveness and investment appeal while supporting sustainable
development and preparing qualified national talent to lead the UAE’s industrial future.
The agreement provides Ministry employees access to HBMSU’s bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, alongside
specialized lifelong learning tracks such as the Future Foresight Leadership Program, the Executive Program in
Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and the Women Leadership Development Program.
