appointment as Deputy Ruler of Dubai

January 31 , 2025 - “The appointment of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum as Crown Prince of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed
bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Deputy Ruler of Dubai marks a defining moment in Dubai’s modern

development journey. This transition has ushered in a significant evolution in the Emirate’s

governance model and its ambitious roadmap for progress.

Since assuming the role of Crown Prince, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al
