        As Deputy Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has
        played a pivotal role in steering Dubai’s growth and prosperity. H.H. Sheikh Maktoum has

        actively supported ambitious development plans and programmes, while laying the foundation
        for a thriving business environment that nurtures innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial

        excellence.











        The appointment of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Crown

        Prince, and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Deputy Ruler of
        Dubai, reflects the forward-looking vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
        Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. This vision seeks

        to position Dubai as a beacon of prosperity, a leader in human-centred development, and a
        model for sustainable growth.



        On this momentous occasion, we at the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of
