A new mixed-use skyscraper is set to rise on Sheikh Zayed Road, with SOL Properties announcing the
launch of SOL LUXE, a Dhs 2.2 billion development combining residential, commercial, and retail spaces
in one of Dubai’s busiest districts.
Prime location and offering
The 62-storey tower will reach 280 metres in height, making it one of the tallest freehold buildings on
Sheikh Zayed Road. Positioned near DIFC Metro Station and within close proximity to key locations such
as Dubai Mall, Dubai International Airport, and major business hubs, SOL LUXE presents what the
developer calls a final opportunity for freehold ownership in the area.
