The tower’s design will feature a bronze-and-glass façade with curved glass edges and integrated
sustainability features such as solar-control systems, high-performance glazing, water-saving technology,
and EV-ready infrastructure. Smart systems powered by AI will manage air quality, predictive
maintenance, and visitor access.
Lifestyle and wellness amenities
Amenities include a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, a gym, yoga
decks, mini golf, barbecue areas, and landscaped zones. Office tenants will also have access to separate
facilities, including meeting rooms and event spaces.

Construction is already in progress, with handover expected in Q4 2028. The project is projected to offer a
