Recruits will be placed in roles that align with specific procedural guidelines
and requirements, complemented by regular training sessions and drills to
evaluate the training’s effectiveness.
This approach aims to boost their sense of accountability and motivation,
emphasizing their vital role in managing crises, emergencies, and disasters.
Through this process, recruits will gain essential skills to efficiently perform
critical operations when needed.
Following the initial training period, recruits must participate in a two-week
annual refresher course. After six months of service, the ADCMC will
conduct a detailed assessment to monitor their progress, working closely
with government entities hosting the recruits.
The ADCMC will also organize the Resilience Forum in December, to foster
collaboration on the Alternative National Service Program and highlight its
contribution to business continuity.
This annual event will bring together industry leaders, decision-makers,
government representatives, companies, and other stakeholders to
